 Conventional
Machining
We offer a broad range of conventional NC controlled machining services
including milling, turning, boring, and grinding as detailed below.
Turning
Centre turning upto 1250mm between centres with 540mm swing and a head
stock of 50mmØ Max. We carry out conventional turning for
low volume work in most materials including straight, contour & taper
turning, facing, broaching, boring, threading, knurling, drilling,
plunging, slotting and rounding.
Milling
NC milling is available up to 750mm x 280m in most materials.
Jig
Boring
We offer jig boring for items upto 363kg on a working surface of 648mm
x 470mm and a traverse of (x) 450mm (y) 350mm (z) 620mm. Our SOCIETÉ GENEVOISE
SIP 3KT with Heidenhain Control ND960, Digital Readout and Touch
Probe Function is also equipped with rotary tilting tables. Typically
our jig boring facilities are used for making jigs & fixtures and
precision shafts.
Grinding
We have grinding facilities although this is used mainly for in-house
cutter grinding and tool maintenance.
