Paperless Manufacture
Paperless manufacture provides visibility across the whole operation and speeds up production. Through paperless manufacturing we are able provide prototype parts in shorter times, report on production in near real time and offer clients upto date reporting options. We are able to determine stock availability, generate automated bills of materials and provide accurate financial forecasting, all the while reducing the scope for human error and time wasting commonly associated with paper based production systems. Because of this we are able to offer a far more sophisticated manufacturing service combining both accuracy and quality with speed and reduced costs.

Rapid Prototyping
We cater for both stereolithography and rapid machining of prototype parts for customers involved with product prototyping and development. Components can be based either on existing parts, rough sketchs/2D files or solid models and our design staff are always happy to help with all your requirements. Box Build
We offer a complete box build service including mechanical assembly, fabrication, outsourcing, and finishing all the way through to labeling, packaging and delivery. Our box build service allows you to focus on more critical areas of your business, safe in the knowledge that R E Thompson has your entire project in hand and under control.

Kitting
Were parts are required for assembly by the customer or for a future time we offer a kitting service using a range of packaging options including custom made foam inlay cases.

Project Management
