New automated multi-axes machine tools on order. The NTX1000-SZM high-precision, high-efficiency integrated mill turn center offers measures against thermal displacement, and achieves an installation footprint 40% smaller than those of the conventional models. It is an ideal choice for machining small precision parts for medical equipment and measuring instruments, which have complex shapes and need high-precision, high-efficiency machining. The NTX1000-SZM uses Mori Seiki's original technologies, DDM, ORC and BMT, offering high-precision complete machining. This machine has a very innovative part unload system and automatic robot loading. and.... 5 Axis Vertical Machining The new NMV3000 DCG® is very impressive, with an excellent table construction and highly dynamic and rigid Direct Drives at the B and C axis with ground breaking rotation range. Excellent stability is achieved through the Box-in-Box construction with no overhang and Octagonal Ram at the Z axis. With 5 axes and 5 side machining, complex workpieces of up to 300 kg can be produced in just one setting. This machine will have a 114 pallet A.P.C. Delivery is expected in May 2011 and sees the replacement of the remaining machines that are not automated for 'lights-out' running.

RET is approved by B.S.I. to the aerospace standard BS EN AS 9100:2003 and scores a record high score of 94% in the audit!

RET embarks on the implementation of the environmental standard: ISO 14001 and the Health & Safety standard OHSAS 18001. Target date for assessment: July 2011.
