Here at RET we have been in the aerospace business for over 50 years. To prove it, see our Air Registration Board approval from April 1959!
The Air Registration Board was created in 1936 by the government and given the task of recommending to the secretary of state for air the granting and renewal of certificates of airworthiness.
For those of our Customers whose memory does not stretch back quite that far, in 1972 regulation of aviation became the responsibility of the newly created CAA – Civil Aviation Authority.
Technologies may change, and in 1959 we were most definitely not running 24/7/365, but the standards required of manufacturers 60 years ago were high then and have remained so until today – and RET have met Customer and regulatory expectations throughout that time.
We at RET are looking forward and planning for the next 50 years!
